Schools wishing to visit Malawi and looking for expeditions and projects are invited to join our development programs.

We make the introductions, help with risk assessments and support the programmes from initiation to completion. School expeditions are assisted, guided and supported through all the procedures and requirements; planning, evaluating, coordinating and undertaking the expedition with specific projects, objectives and tasks.

We embark on a number of initiatives, improving facilities and resources where we can. We do this by partnering with schools willing to assist with projects.

The primary schools around Fisherman's Rest are poorly equipped. A priority is given to the improvement of buildings, facilities and services where the students can at least be taught in an environment protected from the rains, direct sunlight, dust storms and strong winds.

Many classes are still held outside, under trees or in makeshift structures, offering inadequate protection from the elements. Under these circumstances children are often sent home, classes are canceled.

Through these projects, we have begun to create a more stable learning environment.
