Teams can be made up from individuals or any of the groups outlined. Often the different visiting teams mix and work together through phases of the projects. This might be for an afternoon or an expedition over a few days. These teams engage in sharing skills, passing on knowledge or simply giving one another a useful hand and allowing friendship to blossom.
